摘要
理论界普遍认为产业集聚在促进区域经济的发展中起着非常重要的作用。固定替代弹性生产函数通过对某一地区利润总额、工业总产值、固定资产净值等指标的回归分析,测算该地区的集聚经济效应,并从内部集聚经济、布局集聚经济和城市集聚经济三个方面予以进一步分析。利用该函数对浙江省的产业集聚效应进行测算,发现浙江的这三个要素呈现正值,表明浙江省在产业集聚中体现了规模经济,工业企业之间的专业化分工、相互协作以及产业链的衔接比较好,但是经济聚集效应有所下降。
It has been proved that Industrial clusters can promote regional development.CES production function measures the effect of industrial cluster in some district through regression analysis about net value of fixed assets;total profits and gross industrial output value etc.Further analysis are done on three factors that is ISE,LOC and UBE.In the process of calculating,these three factors of Zhejiang province is positive.The industrial scale performance is obvious in Zhejiang Province,due to specialized division and cooperation.but the effect of industrial clustering on Zhejiang is declining.
