European Competition Law enjoyed a unique historical path during the course of its enactment and showed the traits such as diverse legislative purpose and administrative law-enforcement model. These traits shouldn＇t be separated from the distinctively historical and cultural lradition of Europe. Meanwhile these traits embodied exactly in the early course of the European Competition Law＇s appearance （take Austrian and German as examples）. Understanding the historical context of the European Competition Law＇s appearance will be useful for us. And our thinking will be much clearer and our choices will be much smoother when we learn European experience.
