在高校率先宣传与实现"绿色办公",以引起全社会的关注与共鸣,从而用节约、环保理念与行动取代浪费、反环保观点与现象,是新形势下推行绿色环保理念与建设节约型社会的重要路径。推进高校"绿色办公"必须从加大宣传力度和提高思想认识入手,大力倡导浪费可耻、节约光荣的良好风尚,使每一名机关、教务人员都能从战略和全局的高度,充分认识建设"绿色办公"的重要意义。在强化广大师生与管理部门节约意识的同时,采取多种切实有效措施,着眼一点一滴,深入持久地开展资源节约活动,以制度和实际行动来确保良好习惯的养成与"绿色办公"的实现,从而在全社会形成示范效应,为人与自然的和谐共处作出表率和应有的贡献。
