摘要
由于装配、制造误差和磨损,运动副中的间隙是不可避免的,在机构运行期间,间隙使实际机构与理想机构的运动发生偏离,降低了机构运动精度。以含间隙曲柄摇杆机构为研究对象,建立了系统的动力学方程,并基于ADAMS进行了动力学仿真,仿真计算结果能够准确的预测含间隙机构的运动特性;利用ADAMS软件进行动力学仿真分析,可以提高效率,降低成本。
The clearances in mechanism are unavoidable for the assemblage;manufacturing errors and wear. The movements of the real mechanism are deflection from the ideal mechanism for the clear- ances and the motion accuracy is decreased. The dynamics equation of the crank and rocker with clear- ances is established and the dynamics simulation is made using ADAMS. The results of the simulation will predict the dynamic performances accurately. And it can also increase the efficiency and decrease the cost.
