基于PLC的横切机控制系统研究

Study of crosscut machine drive system based on PLC control

目前,包装行业应用的横切机因其控制精度不高,可操作性差等原因已不能满足现代生产要求。采用PLC下位机控制变频器对PMSM调试,对瓦楞纸板横切机控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计实现。测试结果表明该系统具有良好性能。

At present,crosscut machine which used in packaging industry always cannot meet mod- ern production requirements because its control accuracy is not high and maneuverability is not good. It implements PLC as lower machine to control transducer and debug PMSM. Then hardware design and soft- ware design of this control system are developed. Test results show that the control system has good performance.
