摘要
为研究国产锡青铜合金(QSn6.5-0.1)连续铸造杆料在连续挤压工艺上的可行性,根据等通道弯角挤压(Equal channel angular pressing,ECAP)原理设计了挤压模具。利用温度传感器、数据采集卡及装有Labview软件的PC机等辅助设备,采用YH200型液压机在(200~600)℃温度区间进行挤压实验。通过金相显微镜对不同条件下挤压变形后金属试样的显微组织观察,分析了不同温度下的挤压组织特点,为锡青铜合金在TLJ250连续挤压机上的连续挤压提供实践依据。
In order to study the feasibility of domestic tin bronze alloy (QSn6.5-0.1)rod materials by continuous casting in continuous extrusion process,according to the principle of equM channel angular pressing, an extrusion die is design. Experiment is carried out on the hydrolic press of type YH200 at the tempera- ture range of(200-600)℃ by use of temperature sensors ,data acquisition card and PC with Labview software and other auxiliary equipment. Through metallographic microscope observation of the metal microstructure being extruded under different conditions ,characteristic of the extrusion structure is analysed so that the practical data are provided for the extruding of tin bronze alloy on TLJ250 continuous extrusion machine.
