摘要
提出了一种面向对象petri网[OPNs]的建模方法:针对变速箱生产系统的复杂性,在模型构建过程中融入了面向对象的抽象机制,增加了系统模型的通用性及扩展性,同时减少了模型的复杂度;在定义了变速箱生产系统OPNs模型类及对象子网间消息传递模式的基础上,用实例描述了基于OPNs变速箱生产系统的建模过程,并运用Witness仿真软件对系统模型进行仿真,为实现变速箱产品开发中零部件的工艺路线优化提供基础。
It proposes a model method of object-oriented Petri net [OPNs]. To treat with the complexity of the gear-box production systems ,object-oriented abstraction mechanisms such as encapsulation and classification are combined into OPNs model,to enhance system model's expansibility and reduce complexity. On the basis of defining gear-box production systems' OPNs model class and models of messaging between object-oriented submodels ,a case was presented to illustrate the modeling of gear-box pro- duction systems with OPNs and simulation software Witness was used to simulate the system model for the realization of optimizing the gear-box's product process planning.
