摘要
铝锭堆垛机翻转装置是连续铸造机组的关键设备,介绍了新研制开发的翻转装置主轴传动系统,并针对其主轴的结构特点,利用传递矩阵法对其进行动态特性分析,得到了了主轴的前五阶固有频率和临界转速,同时研究了主轴轴承的主要设计参数对主轴的振动特性的影响,为进一步开发新设备提供了理论依据。
The buck stacker of aluminium ingot is the key equipmentof continuously casting machines, it's drive system of buck stacker of aluminium ingot highly active is introduced in the paper. There are dynamic characteristics analysis for the system of invert backbone by the means of the transfer matrix which gained statics deformation pattern,the first-fifth natural frequency,whirling speed, The influence factor of vibration on the design parameter of backbone's pillow, There were some theoretical, references for the further development.
