面向网络化资源共享的零件库系统研究与实现

Research and implementation of parts library system for networked resource sharing

零件库资源共享是网络化制造资源的重要组成部分,是实现制造企业网络化设计与制造的有力支持。通过分析当前零件库设计存在的问题,建立面向网络化资源共享的零件库系统体系结构,提出基于零件族和事物特性表的零件信息描述方法,论述了面向网络化资源共享的数据库设计、基于XML的零件模型跨平台调用、3D模型展示技术以及系统安全设计等关键技术,开发了基于Web的网络化零件库资源共享系统,实现了网络化设计过程中零件的查询和应用。

Resource sharing of parts library is an important part of network manufacturing resources and strong support of realizing network design and manufacturing of enterprises. By analyzing the current design problems af parts library,the architecture of parts library system for network resource sharing was established,the description method of part information based on part family and tabular layout of article characteristics was proposed,the key technology of the system implementation was discussed,such as database design of network resource sharing,the cross-platform calling af part model based on XML,the display technology af 3D model and the safety design of the system. In the end,network part library sys- tem of resource-sharing based on Web was developed,which realized the search and application of part in the process af network design.
