摘要
对政府和行业协会两种不同主体为企业提供科技信息咨询服务时的运行效率进行了对比分析。分析结果显示,行业协会比政府更具有效率优势,主要体现为:行业协会作为提供主体为企业提供服务时,能更准确地反映企业偏好,能够为企业提供多样化的服务产品,避免效率损失。
This palter compared the efficiency of government and association when they provided science and technology infi^rmation consulting service for companies. The result shows that association is more efficient than government, which is mainly reflected in two aspects. First, association can reflect the preferences of the company accurately. Second, association can provide muhiform services.
