黄绿木霉菌及其混剂对大豆菌核病的诱导抗性初探 被引量:7

Preliminary Study on Induced Resistance by Trichoderma Aureoviride and Its Multiple Microbe on Soybean Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum

摘要 采用人工接种方法,测定拮抗菌剂对大豆菌核病的抗扩展能力及相关酶活性的影响,同时研究黄绿木霉菌及其混剂对大豆菌核病的诱导抗性。结果表明:离体试验中,叶片接种后,拮抗细菌和黄绿木霉菌及其混剂均可较好的抑制菌核病病斑的进一步扩展;盆栽试验中,黄绿木霉菌处理对大豆根、第1复叶、第3复叶的PAL、PPO、POD活性均有明显增强作用,而解磷钾菌或拮抗细菌处理对PAL、PPO、POD活性的变化无明显影响,化肥处理则降低PAL、PPO、POD活性;有机肥处理对PAL活性有明显增强作用,对PPO、POD活性无明显影响。 The induced resistance of different bio-control microorganism on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum was investigated. By means of artificial inoculation method, the anti- expansion capacity of antagonistic multiple microbe on soybean Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the associated enzyme activities were measured. The in vitro experiment showed the restrain ability of antagonism bacterium and Trichoderma aureoviride on lesion expansion by S. sclerotiorum was significant. Pot experiment showed that the PAL,PPO and POD aetivity of the first compound leaf,the third compound leaf and roots of soybean treated by Trichoderma aureoviride were significantly enhanced ,while these enzymes of soybean treated by phosphorus and potassium were less affected, and these associated enzyme activities of soybean treated by chemical fertilizers were reduced ; When treated by organic fertilizer, PAL activity was increased,while PPO and POD activitiy had no significant change. Results suggest applying of Trichoderma aureoviride and its muhiple microbe is effective in controlling soybean Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
