Entropy Value Method in Operational Risk Evaluation of University Press

随着出版业"转制"进程的加快和数字出版、国外资本、民营出版商等的强劲冲击,大学出版社遇到了前所未有的严峻挑战,经营过程中凸显出重重风险。根据大学出版社的特点,考虑经营过程中的诸多风险因素,构建了大学出版社经营风险指标体系,并基于熵权思想建立了大学出版社经营风险的熵评估模型,为大学出版社经营风险评估提供一种分析方法。

With the acceleration of ＂institutional transformation＂ of publishing industry and the challenge of digital publishing, foreign capital and private publishers, university presses are now facing unprecedented severe challenges and have sustained a number of risks in operation. In view of the characteristics of university presses and varied risks in their practice, an operational risk index system of university presses has been established. In addition on the basis of entropy value theory an entropy evaluation model of university presses＇ operational risks has been set up so as to introduce an analytic method in evaluating operational risks of university presses.
