摘要
简介了我国自主开发的常温精脱硫(简称ATFSR)新技术在20年发展中的重大事件及其特点。在氮肥、甲醇与煤化工中的应用结果表明,ATFSR新技术总体上达到国外先进水平,解决了长期存在于氮肥、甲醇行业中微量硫导致高效催化剂失活快、使用寿命短、企业效益低下的问题,取得了显著的经济效益。
A brief account is given of the major events in the expansion for 20 years of the new independently developed process for final desulfurization at normal temperature (called ATFSR for short) and its special features. The results of its application in the nitrogenous fertilizer, methanol and coal chemicals industries show that this new technology reaches generally the foreign advanced level, solves the problems existing for a long time in the nitrogenous fertilizer and methanol industries, viz., trace sulfur leading to the rapid deactivation and short service life of the high-efficiency catalyst and poor benefit for the producers, and brings about outstanding economic benefit.
