摘要
介绍航天炉(HT-L)粉煤加压气化技术的工艺过程、技术特点及航天炉的结构特征。通过与壳牌、德士古煤制合成气工艺的比较,证明航天炉粉煤加压气化技术不仅先进、安全、高效、无须备用炉、操作简单、环境友好,而且具有开车时间短、电视监控方便和直观等特点。
An introduction is given to the Hangtian gasifier ( HT-L), its process of pulverized coal gasification under pressure, technological features and structure characteristics. When compared with syngas manufacture by the Shell and Texaco process based on coal, it is proved that the technology for the gasification of pulverized coal under pressure by the HT-L is not only advanced, safe, highly efficient, without the need for a stand-by gasifier, simple to operate, environmentally friendly, but also has a short startup time, convenience for monitoring with a TV camera, and visually represented.
