摘要 通过乙醇回流提取乳苣中的黄酮类化合物,利用分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量,并分析了对羟基自由基的清除作用和总抗氧化能力。结果表明,乳苣中总黄酮含量为16.8%,具有较好的抗氧化能力。 The compounds of Mtdgedium tataricum L. were extracted by alcohol refluxing extraction, the eontent of total flavones was determined by spectrophotometry, and total antioxidant capacity and the scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals were analyzed. The results showed that the content of total flavones was 16.8%, which had good antioxidant capacity.
