基于嵌入式技术的电熔焊接机控制系统设计

摘要 介绍一种基于单片机ATmega128,采用可控硅调压技术、传感技术、现代电子技术和模糊PID控制技术的聚乙烯塑料管道智能化焊接系统。该系统具有自动环境温度补偿、条码扫描器自动录入管件参数、U盘记录存储焊接数据、管件断路自检、供电电源超压、供电电源欠压和过流检测报警等功能,且具有焊接质量高、使用方便和追溯性强等特点。 The paper introduces polythene pipe intelligent electro-fusion welding equipment, which is based on ATmega128 microcomputer, used Silicon controlled rectifier, Sensor, Modern power electronics and feedback control technology. The system has many built-in functions, such as automatically compensating temperature of environment, scanning barcode and key in parameters of components, record the data of coupling by U-disk, testing the component break, super or sub rate voltage and waming the malfunction. This system has the characteristics which are the high quality of coupling, convenient application and inquiry.
