To achieve the remote test and measurement of the equipment with GPIB interface, the paper takes Fluke8846A for example to introduce the control of the equipment via GPIB interface by GPIB-ENET/100 in LabVIEWS.5. The performance and installation of NI GPIB-ENET/100 gateway are also introduced in the paper. The method introduced in the paper supplies an important referance to make full use of the GPIB interfaces in the equipments and acheving test and measurement by distributing network.
