胃癌组织中CTGF蛋白表达及其临床意义

Expression of CTGF protein in gastric carcinoma tissue and its Clinical significance

目的探讨结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)蛋白在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化法检测10份正常胃黏膜组织、50份胃癌组织及其癌旁组织中CTGF蛋白表达情况。结果胃癌组织中CTGF阳性表达高于癌旁组织及正常胃黏膜组织,P<0.05;癌组织CTGF阳性表达率明显高于正常黏膜组织(P<0.01),CTGF的高表达与胃癌分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P均<0.05);与肿瘤浸润的深度无明显关系。结论CTGF蛋白可作为胃癌前病变及胃癌早期诊断和预后判断的指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of connective tissue growth factor （CTGF）protein expression on the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of CTGF protein in 10 specimens of normal gastric mucosa and 50 specimens of juxtacancerous gastric mucosa and cancerous gastric mucosa were detected by immuno- histochemical method. Results The expression of CTGF protein in the gastric cancer was higher thanthat in the normal and juxtacancerou gastric mucosa （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the expression of CTGF protein in juxtacancerous mucosa was highler than that in the normal gastric mucosa. The expression of CTGF protein increased gradually in juxtacancerous and cancerous gas- tric mucosa（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The high expression of CTGF protein was significantly correlated with the differentiation degree of the carcinoma and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but not correlated with the the depth of tumor infiltration. Concusions CTGF protein can be used as a index for the early diagnosis and prognose of the precancerous lesion and gastric Cancer.
