大肠腺癌组织中BAG-1及其各亚型表达的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨凋亡抑制基因BAG-1及其各亚型表达在大肠癌发生、发展中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学SABC法分别检测正常大肠黏膜组织、大肠腺癌组织中BAG-1表达情况;蛋白印迹法检测BAG-1蛋白亚型在大肠腺癌组织、正常大肠组织及大肠腺瘤组织中的表达,并比较BAG-1及其亚型与大肠腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果免疫组化结果显示,BAG-1蛋白表达在胞质(BAG-1S和/或BAG-1M)和胞核(BAG-1L)。大肠腺癌组织BAG-1蛋白表达阳性率明显高于正常大肠黏膜(P<0.05)。BAG-1蛋白与大肠腺癌分化程度、Duke′s分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);BAG-1蛋白在大肠腺癌中表达亚型是BAG-1S;BAG-1S蛋白在大肠腺癌和大肠腺瘤中的表达均显著高于正常大肠黏膜(P<0.01);BAG-1S与大肠腺癌的分化程度有关(P<0.01)。结论BAG-1蛋白参与了大肠腺癌的发生发展;起主要作用的亚型是BAG-1L和BAG-1S,其中BAG-1L可能与大肠腺癌的分化程度有关。
