现代秘书意识:高职文秘核心职业能力培养的先导

随着社会的发展,秘书日渐成为受人追捧的"白领"职业。从某种意义上讲,具有现代秘书意识的优秀秘书的招聘难度丝毫不亚于招聘一个高级工程师。笔者认为,现代秘书意识是秘书核心职业能力培养的先导。本文从秘书意识的内涵和如何加强秘书人员以现代秘书意识为先导的职业能力培养做一些探讨。

As the development of society, secretarial became to be a ＂White-collar＂ career in fresh demand. The difficulty to hire a excellent secretarial with modem secretary idea is no less than hiring a senior engineer in a sense. The paper pointed out that modem secretary idea is the forerunner of culturing high vocational secretarial focus vocational ability. In order to carrying out those functions, we did some elaboration on the inner content of secretary idea and the way to strengthen the training.
