多气孔槽型断续磨削砂轮的开发

摘要 对于不锈钢、铝合金、铜、钛及其合金等高硬度、高韧性材料,在磨削时易出现砂轮堵塞和工件表面烧伤,难以进行磨削加工.为此,研究开发了多气孔槽型断续磨削砂轮,其磨削性能显著改善,可应用于难磨削材料的高精度、高效率磨削. The grinding of aluminium,copper and titanium is difficult for their properties such as high hardness and high toughness resulting in the loading of wheel and the grinding burn Therefore,discontinuous grinding wheel with multi-porous grooves is developed,whose performance is increased greatly,and can be used for grinding materials with high efficiency and high accuracy which is impossible to obtain by conventional wheels
