摘要
针对目前国内瓦楞辊工作寿命远远低于国外水平的现状，通过对瓦楞辊的工作原理、运动与动力学特性、磨损机制、材质与热处理等几个方面的分析，制定了切实可行的试验方案，从而找到了提高瓦楞辊工作寿命的新途径。
The service life of corrugated roller in our country is far short of the level of other countries'. An analysis is made on corrugated roller work principle,the property of motion and dynamics,wear and tear mechanism,material quality and heat treatment in order to make a feasible test plan and find the way to improve the service life of corrugated roller.
