摘要
目的提高对首发神经系统症状的肺癌的认识。方法回顾性调查2000-01~2009-03我院确诊的以神经系统为首发症状的肺癌26例,对其临床资料进行分析研究。结果26例肺癌患者诊断前平均病程2.6个月,其中偏侧肢体无力、感觉障碍8例（30.8%）,头痛、眩晕3例（18.8%）,进行性肌无力2例（7.7%）,声嘶3例（18.8%）,Homer综合征1例（3.8%）。结论以神经系统症状为首发表现的肺癌易误诊为神经系统疾病,临床上需提高警惕。
Objective To improve the acquaintance of lung cancer behaving as symptoms of nervous system firstly.Methods Clinical data of patients with lung cancer manifesting symptoms of nervous system firstly were analyzed retrospectively.Results All lung cancer(26 cases) were confirmed by pathology in an average of 2.6 months.Unilateral limb weakness,sensory disturbances accurred in 8 cases,3 case had headache and dizziness,progressive muscle weakness occurred in 2 cases,3 cases had hoarseness and only one case showed Homer syndrome.Conclusion Lung cancer behaving as symptoms of nervous system firstly should be paid attention because it is misdiagnosed more easily.
