血管内支架成形术治疗基底动脉狭窄性短暂性脑缺血发作6例分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨血管内支架成形术(PTAS)对严重基底动脉狭窄所致的短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的疗效及手术安全性。方法对6例严重基底动脉狭窄患者行PTAS术,在狭窄部位先用球囊行预扩张,再植入支架;对于2例基底动脉狭窄伴有斑块者,在狭窄血管的远端安置保护滤过伞,再行预扩张及支架植入;如果基底动脉残余狭窄〉40%,则再行后扩张,最后回收保护滤过伞。结果6例手术操作顺利,影像学评价完全成功。随访6~12个月,6例患者均无短暂性脑缺血发作,残余狭窄均〈50%,无症状脑梗死1例。结论PTAS是治疗基底动脉严重狭窄的安全、有效的方法。
