江门市直机关ISO体系运行效果分析

An Analysis of the Operational Effectiveness of the ISO Quality Management System Applied in Jiangmen Municipal Departments

随着我国行政管理体制改革的深入,江门市政府导入ISO质量管理体系。目前该体系运行已取得显著成效,同时也存在不少问题。市政府应该进一步加强ISO体系的宣传和运行培训,参照"IWA 4:2005(E)指南"制定相应标准,完善集约高效的外审机制,加强以人为本的运作改进,使ISO体系运行效果不断优化。

With the deepening of the administrative management system reform in China, Jiangmen municipal government introduced the ISO quality management system and has achieved remarkable effects. However, there are also some problems in the course of its implementation. The Jiangmen municipal government should further strengthen the publicity and training for the ISO implementation and develop corresponding criteria in accordance with the IWA4 ： 2005（E）guidelines, improve and build an intensive high--efficiency external examination mechanism, and better its human--centered operation so as to optimize its operational effectiveness.
