Based on the technology blog, the paper explored the application of subject librarian using subject blog in col- leges and universities to build research platform ideas and methods. The purpose was to explore innovative library services, a new feasible way. In the article, the authors described in detail the subjects of scientific research blog platform to build and promote the process and the way in the process of attention to the point.
