摘要
本文围绕数字图书馆时代图书馆所发生的变化,从经典管理理论的四大职能,即计划、组织、领导和控制出发,研究数字图书馆时代的图书馆管理职能的变化以及组织的结构特点等。希望以此出发探索出一套适用于数字图书馆时代的图书馆管理体系,从而使图书馆的管理能够适应数字图书馆的发展。
In this paper, digital libraries around the age of the changes the library, from the classic theory of the four major management functions of planning, organization, direction and control starting to study the digital library era changes in the functions of library management, as well as organizations such as the structural characteristics. This paper explored a set of times for digital library management system so that the library management could adapt to the development of digital libraries.
