摘要
探讨了以碳酸氢铵转型制备氟化钕工艺中的有关影响因素。用X射线衍射分析、X射线荧光光谱分析、电镜及热分析等方法对产物进行了表征。研究结果表明在选定的条件下,氟化钕沉淀速度快,容易过滤洗涤,稀土收率高。
This paper discusses the factors affecting the technolgical process of neodymium fluoride preparation by way of ammonium bicarbonate conversion.The product is characterized by XRD,X ray fluorescence analysis,EM and thermal analysis.Experimental results show that under selected conditions the conversion method for preparing neodymium fluoride has advantages of fast precipitation,easy filtration and wash,high recovery ratio and product purity.
