摘要 通过对超高压直流输电特点以及换流站直流场瓷套式PLC/RI电容器作用的阐述,明确研制直流场瓷套式PLC/RI电容器的重要性,并且根据产品运行工况,对额定电压、并联均压电阻、绝缘水平等进行参数的确定。在此基础之上,通过整体结构设计、绝缘设计、内部结构设计和可靠性设计,完成图样设计并进行了样机研制。样机通过试验验证,满足直流场瓷套式PLC/RI电容器研制要求,研制成功。 In this paper, the characteristics of extra-HVDC and the actions of bushing type PLC / RI capacitors in DC-field of HVDC converter station are described and necessity to develop such capacitor is defined clearly. Meanwhile such parameters of the capacitor as the rated voltage, parallelgrading resistance and insulation level are determined based on the operating conditions of the product. On this basis, the drawing design and development of prototype is completed through such design of overall structure, insulation, the internal structure and reliability. The prototype passes verification successfully and meets development requirements of DC field bushing type PLC / RI capacitor.
