摘要
分析了造成空调包装纸箱产生鼓包的原因,提出了一种新的纸箱内置支撑结构设计方案。该方案由普通的单瓦楞纸板折叠组装成型,工艺简便、结构稳定、成本低。进行了包装箱抗压性能的对比实验,并对包装系统进行了全面的综合评价测试。测试结果表明,采用新的支撑结构,纸箱的抗压强度平均增强了12.5%,包装系统通过了全部评价测试项目,综合性能优异。
The reason caused the bulges in air conditioner's packaging box was analysed, and a new underprop was presented. The properties of packaging box compression performance between the new and the old was compared, and the complete evaluation of the new packaging was tested. The test results show that the new packaging's compression properties increased by 12.5 %, and this packaging system had passed all of the evaluation tests with a good complete performance.
