摘要
针对G.DX2000卷烟包装机CW条包玻璃纸外包装存在的诸多质量缺陷,分析产生条包"拉线错牙"等包装质量缺陷的根本原因。对原部件进行改进设计,杜绝缺陷产生,取得了很好的包装效果。最后,采用Re-curDyn对改进前后机构进行动力学仿真,为机构改进提供理论依据。
The causation of ＂TEAR-TAPE malocclusion＂ package was analyzed according to the defects of CW cellophane packages of the G. DX2000 section of cigarette packaging machine. The improved design of the origi nal parts was obtained so as to eliminate defects and get across the footlights. Finally, the institutional dynamic simulation of the original and the improved based on RecurDyn were given.
