摘要
研究了柔版三色印刷准确呈色模型的建立问题。首先通过一阶线性回归和稳健回归的方法完成了对建模数据的筛选,通过二次曲线回归的方法对呈色模型系数进行了再次修正,最终建立了柔版印刷的呈色模型。数据验证结果表明,数学模型的精度满足忠实复制的要求。
The establishment of precise mathematical model of three-color flexography was studied in this paper, firstly linear regression of one order and robust regression were employed to reserve the data for modeling, then curvilinear regression of second degree was used to further modify the coefficients of the mathematical model, in the end the precise model of flexography was realized. Validation result showed that desired requirement of color reproduction could be acquired by the established model.
