用数模方法求解无人机各部件表面交线问题

摘要 结合某型无人机外形设计,分别推导或引用了各部件的数学模型;并在此基础上求解了前翼与机身、机翼与机身两组部件的交线(相贯线).采用数学模型表达无人机的外形,并进行部件(曲面)求交,从理论上保证了无人机外形的协调.本方法已用于首批样机制造,并且,样机科研试飞获得成功.整架无人机合缝规则,松紧适度,外形光顺,线条优美,有浑然一体之效果. This paper deduces or quotes respectively the mathematical model of the parta in combining with the design of the contour of a certain pilotless aircraft, and solves the intersection (line of intersecting) of two sets of parts-front wing and fuselage, wing and fuselageon the basis of the above. The contour of the pilotless aircraft is expressed by using mathematical model, the intersections of the parts(curved surface) are solved, the coordination of the contour of the pilotless aircraft is assured theoretically. The methed has used in the manufacture of the first batch prototpe, moveover, the test flights of the prototypes bave obtained success in scientific research. The gaps are regular in joining of the parts of the whole pilotless aircraft,and degree of tightness is suitable,and the lines of the gaps in joining are graceful,the effect of on integrated mass is achieved.
