摘要
粒子制造系统具有特殊的体系结构,并能实现体系结构的动态重组.它的基本特性是自治性和协作性.本文用面向对象的方法动态地建立了粒子制造系统的模型.用信息与方法封装的概念表示了粒子的自治性,用对象分类及系统分解的方法表示了粒子制造系统的结构的重组.基于这个模型,既可对粒子制造系统进行故障诊断,也可对制造系统实现动态控制、规划等.
The generic methodology of modelling for a holonic manufacturing system is presented. The holonic manufacturing system has a particular architecture which is supposed to be reconfigurable. Its two basic properties are autonomy and cooperation. The model of the system is dynamically established by the object oriented approach. The holonic autonomy is expressed by the concept of encapsulation of information and method. Meanwhile, the reconfiguration is represented by class generalisation and system aggregation. Based on this model, the self diagnosis function as well as dynamic control and scheduling can be implemented.
