摘要
进行了冻融循环和硫酸钠溶液侵蚀作用下的粉煤灰混凝土室内模拟试验,研究了不同强度等级和不同粉煤灰掺量的混凝土在硫酸钠溶液中(浓度为0,5%和10%)的耐久性。试验结果表明,粉煤灰的掺入,降低了混凝土的抗冻性,改善了混凝土抗硫酸钠腐蚀性能。粉煤灰的掺量和硫酸钠浓度对混凝土的腐蚀起主导作用,双重因素腐蚀加速了混凝土性能的劣化。此外,对混凝土腐蚀的机理进行了分析。
The durability of concrete with different strength classification and different fly ash volume fraction in sodium sulfate solutions (concentration of 0, 5% and 10%)were carried out under double action of sodium sulfate and circulation of freezing-thawing. The results have shown that, frost resistance property of concrete was decreased, and corrosion resistance property of sodium sulfate was improved, with the fly ash volume fraction increasing. Erosion rate is accelerated under double action of sulfate erosion and circulation of frost and thaw. At the same time, the erosion mechanism of concrete is also analyzed.
