摘要
本文研究了钽对NiTi形状记忆合金的马氏体相变特征及X射线可视性的影响.结果表明,当钽含量从0增加到4at%时,其相变温度迅速增加,钽含量超过4at%时,则趋于缓慢;含钽合金可降低NiTi合金相变温度对NiTi相对含量变化的敏感性;钽的加入可改善NiTi双相合金的X射线可视性.
The effects of Ta addition on the martensitic transformation characteristics and the X ray visibility on NiTi shape memory alloy have been studied in (Ni 51 Ti 49 ) 1- x Ta x system. It was found that ①the transformation temperatures of the Ni 51 Ti 49 binary alloy increase drastically by an addition of 0~4at%Ta, but only slightly when the concentration exceeds 4at%. ②the addition of Ta greatly decreases the sensitivity of the martensitic transformations to the variation in the Ni Ti ratio. ③ The addition of Ta to a NiTi binary alloy can improve X ray visibility.
