摘要
用透射电子显微镜对两种不同状态(原始α晶状态和淬火α′马氏体状态)TA2工业纯钛的表面滚压强化层进行组织结构分析.结果发现:具有α原始态的滚压强化层中出现宽大片状的变形孪晶,其密度很低,往往以单个的形式出现,形不成典型的孪晶栅栏.此外,强化层中引入了极高的位错密度,位错亚结构主要是以位错胞的形式出现.具有α′马氏体组织的滚压强化层中,也有少量变形孪晶,孪晶可以横贯原马氏体的板条束,但因数量很少也不能形成孪晶栅栏.滚压后马氏体基体中呈现出很高的位错密度.
Microstructural analysis was carried on the rolled strengthening layer for TA2 industrial pure titanium (in original and quenched condition). The results were shown that: wide platelike deformation twins appeared in the strengthened layer. The density of the twins was relatively low and the twin grew up individually,so that the twins did not form the typical twin paling.Beside,high dense dislocations were introduced in the rolled α crystals and dislocations arrayed themselves as cell structure. Meanwhile,there were a small amounts of deformation twin in the rolled layer of α′ martensitic titanium and the twin could cross over the martensite laths. However,deformation twins in α′ martensite matrix did not form paling ,because the density of twins was low also and high dislocation density appeared in the martensite structure.
