目的研究陆英中绿原酸的含量,为制钉陆英药材标准提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定陆英中绿原酸含量。结果陆英全草绿原酸含量不低于0.1%;不同部位间绿原酸含量由多到少依次为:叶、花、根茎、果、茎。结论本研究结果可为制订陆英药材质量标准提供参考。

Objective To investigate the content of chlorogenic acid of Sambucus chinensis Lindl. , so as to provide basis for quality standard for Sambucus ehinensis Lindl. Methocls Determining the content of chlorogenic acid of Sambucus chinensis Lindl. with HPLC.Results The content of chlorogenic acid of Sambucus chinensis Lindl. was not lower than 0. 1%. The contents of chlorogenic acid in different parts from high to low were： lea flower〉rhizome〉fruit〉stem. Conclusions These results can be used to control the quality of Sambucus chinensis Lindl.
