不同直径丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定

Determination on content of Tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bgc of different diameter

目的测定不同直径丹参中丹酮ⅡA的含量。方法色谱柱:ReliasilC18;柱温:25℃;流动相;甲醇-水(75:25);检测波长:270nm;流速:1mL/min。结果丹参酮ⅡA含量须根为0.43%,小号直径为0.30%,中号直径为0.22%,大号直径为0.16%,对照药材为0.24%。结论丹参不同直径丹参酮ⅡA含量不同。

Objective Determine the Tanshinone ⅡA content of the different diameter Salvia militiorrhizs Bge. Methods HPLC was performed on Reliasil C18 with methanol-water （75 ： 25） as mobile phase and 25℃ selected as the column temperature. Detecting wavelength was 270nm and flow rate was lmL/min. Results The tanshinone ]][ A content was 0. 43% at fibrous root, it was 0.30% at small diameter, 0. 22% at middle diameter and 0. 16% at big diameter. It was 0. 24% at contrast medicinal materials. Oonclusion The tanshinone ⅡA contents differ in the Salvia mihiorrhiza Bge of different diameters.
