辟汉草黄酮类化合物的TLC鉴别

TLC identification on compounds of Flavonoids in Melilotus officinalis(L) Deser

目的为辟汉草的品质评价、活性研究及成分的开发应用提供实验依据,以利于更全面地对药材进行质量控制和进一步开展活性单体的深入研究。方法辟汉草经乙酸乙酯提取后,利用薄层色谱方法对其中黄酮类化合物进行鉴别。结果供试品色谱中,在与对照品木樨草素、刺槐苷相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。结论辟汉草中可能含有木樨草素和刺槐苷成分。

Objective To provide experimental basis for quality assessment, activity research and development of Melilotus officinalis, so as to benefit more on overall quality control and further study on active monomer. Methods After extracted with ethyl acetate, the Mellilotus officinalis was examined with TLC for flavonoids compounds for identification. Result The donate sample chromatography manifested spots of the same color at the responding location as that of luteolin and acaeiin. Conclusion Luteolin and acaciin may be contained in Melilotus officinalis.
