摘要
研究了ZrO2颗粒弥散MoSi2陶瓷的力学性能及氧化性能.结果表明,ZrO2颗粒同时实现了室温相变韧化和高温弥散强化双重作用,显著提高了复合材料的室温强韧性及高温强度,同时复合材料仍具有较优良的抗氧化性能.
The mechanical properties and oxidation behavior of MoSi 2 ceramics dispersed by ZrO 2 particulates are investigated. The tests show that the composites with ZrO 2 particulates have improved. Both the phase transformation toughening and the dispersed strengthening. At the same time, the composites still have excellent properties of oxidation resistance.
