本文在解释"华夏"、"中华"等概念的基础上,梳理了"中华民族"的近现代涵义,对"中华民族"概念的局限性及"中华民族"与"中华人民"的区别进行了深入的分析,提出了构建"中华人民共同体"和公民化国家的建议。本文认为,"中华人民"是神圣的,不可分割的、主权性的共同体,因此,国家应把它作为永远追求的理想目标。

The author firstly explained the concepts of ＂Huaxia＂, ＂China＂, and so on, sorted out the connotations of ＂Chinese nation＂ in modern times, and then pointed out the restriction of the concept ＂Chinese nation＂ and the difference between ＂Chinese nation＂ and ＂Chinese people＂ in detail, finally suggested to construct the ＂Chinese Peopleg Community＂ and the eitizen~ country. The author considers that the ＂Chi- nese people＂ is a sacred, indivisible regime community, therefore, it should be an ideal objective to be permanenfly pursued by a country.
