京族人产业模式的变化及其对教育的诉求

The change of Jing Tribe’s industry patterns and its impact on the demands of education

一个地区就业形势的变化必定会受到来自社会、经济、文化、教育等多方面因素的影响,研究民族地区民族就业观念与就业趋向的变化,有利于民族地区社会经济的良性发展。进入21世纪京族地区出现了新的社会需求,特别是随着泛北部湾经济区的开发与建设,对当地居民提出了新的要求,为适应社会的这一变化,京族人的产业模式正在发生转变。本研究通过对京族人产业模式变化的因素分析,指出京族人产业模式变化对教育的启示。

The employment situation will be affected by the society, economy, education, and other factors. Therefore, the research on the change of ethnic region ＇ s concept and tendency on employment, will conducive to the healthy development of the ethnic region＇ s social economy. In the the 21st century, new social needs emerge in the region of Jing tribe. Especially along with the development of the Pan - North Bay, new requirements are raised for the local residents. To adapt to the situation, the industry patterns of the Jing tribe are accordingly changing. The research bases on the analysis of the changing factors of the Jing tribe＇ s industry patterns, will put forward some implications for education.
