老年高血压患者临床联合用药42例疗效分析

Analysis on effects of drug combination for 42 aged hypertension cases

目的：探讨老年高血压患者联合用药的疗效。方法：42例老年高血压患者口服硝苯地平和卡托普利，3个月后观察疗效。结果：显效32例，有效9例，无效1例，总有效率98％。按年龄比较，66～70岁组比60-65岁组和70岁组疗效明显。结论：硝苯地平联合卡托普利治疗老年高血压，比单独用药效果稳定、作用温和、用药量小、副作用少。

Objective： To discuss the efforts of drug combination for the aged hypertension patients. Method： After threemonth nifedipine and captopril taken, the efforts of 42 patients have been analyzed in this paper. Result： In the review of 42 cases with the oral medicine, we found there are 32 with significant curative effect, 9 with improvement and 1 with inefficacy, which means the total efficient rate could reach to 98%. Compared by the age, group of 66 - 70 and 60 - 65 have a better curative effect than that of 70 - year - old patient. Condusion： It is more stable and less side effect for the aged hypertension patients to use the combination of nifedipine and captopfil than that of the single usage.
