Problems and Countermeasures Research on Total Quantity Reduction of Pollutants Discharge

污染物总量减排是中国"十一五"期间对环境保护工作提出的新要求,也是贯彻落实科学发展观的重大举措,对于改善生态环境和提高人民生活质量具有重要意义。本文主要以重庆市綦江县污染物总量减排工作为基础,分析了全县污染物总量减排的现状,指出了目前减排工作存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策措施。

Total quantity reduction of pollutants discharge is the new request during ＂the 11 th five -year plan＂ in China. It is of great importance to better people＇s life and improve natural environment. Based on the condition of Qijiang county in Chongqing, this paper introduces the present performance of total quantity reduction of pollutants discharge in Qijiang, and then, mainly points out the problems it exists. At last, proper measurements are put forward for the further sustainable development of regional environment.
