摘要
研究基于知识的集成化CAPP方法,针对CAD/CAPP的实时并行的需求,提出分层规划的零件工艺设计方法。基于知识进行特征工艺设计,基于知识进行定位方案评价和零件工艺过程优化。CAPP系统借助于STEP文件,自动获取零件设计信息,基于知识进行零件工艺设计,实现了CAD/CAPP的信息集成,为实现CAD/CAPP的实时并行打下良好的基础。
The approach of knowledge based integrated CAPP is studied.The process planning of mechanical parts are implemented by means of hierarchical approach according to the concurrent design of CAD/CAPP.The process planning of feature and parts is implemented based on manufacturing knowledge,and the positioning project of machining parts are evaluated based on knowledge.The design information of parts is obtained by CAPP system by means of STEP file,and the process planning of machining parts is carried out based on manufacturing knowledge.Thus,the information integrated of CAD/CAPP is implemented.The sound foundation is laid for the implementation of concurrent design of CAD/CAPP.
