摘要
在燃料电池堆中选取了功率合适的风机,并为其配备了一个无刷直流电机。以TMS320LF2407A为主处理器,根据风量供给系统非线性和滞后性等特征,有针对性地设计了一套神经模糊控制器来有效控制无刷直流电机的转速。在燃料电池工作时,可为其提供足够稳定的风量,保证整个系统的正常运行。仿真结果表明,该设计方案取得了较为理想的效果。
In the research, we select an air blower of a proper power as fuel cell engine and equip it with a brushless DC motor. TMS320LF2407A is used as the main processor. As the airflow supplying system is nonlinear and time lag, in line with this characteristic, we design a neural network-fuzzy controller, which can control the rotating speed of brushless DC motor effectively. With the new design, when the fuel cell engine is working, supply of enough and steady airflow can be guaranteed. And the whole system functions very well in the process. The simulation experiment shows that the design can produce a satisfactory effect.
