摘要
澳门新一轮基础教育课程改革是在总结上世纪90年代课程改革的经验的基础上,在政府体制转变、社会经济腾飞的背景下展开的。其特点表现在:课程目标关注全人发展,由政府规定各教育阶段的课程框架和学生须达到的基本学力要求来保证基本的教育质量;课程内容注重知识的综合和整合,课程实施着眼于提高学生的学习积极性和学习效率,以及推动终身学习;教师专业发展成为每位教师的权利和义务。反思本次课程改革,市民对优质教育的深切渴盼是课程改革最强大的动力;课程管理模式转变为由政府主导,政府、学校、市民共享的管理模式,提高了市民参与的积极性;教科书问题依然是课程改革中的突出问题。
The New Curriculum Reform of Elementary School in Macao was based on the curriculum reformation in 1990s. Some new characteristics appeared during this reformation. A leading task that the government should complete before long is to set down curriculum frame for every phase of basic education, and to prescribe the essential requirements that students must achieve. The contents of the curriculum focus on the integration of knowledge. Professional development becomes the teacher's fight and obligation. In this curriculum reformation, the citizens'expectation for higher quality education is the strong motive. Moreover, the government, school and citizen share the right to manage the curriculum. But the problem of textbook remains the main issue .
