构建基于疾病监测的DALY国家疾病负担测算体系的思考

采用文献分析法对疾病负担测算研究进展进行归纳并结合国情演绎推理,构建国家疾病负担测算体系。国家疾病负担测算可通过现有疾病监测数据结合国家卫生服务调查和疾病回顾性调查计算DALY完成,而国家疾病负担测算体系中各数据的搜集方法和疾病负担研究方法是关键点。

To set up national disease burden calculation system by calculation and ratiocination of disease burden based on China＇s actual conditions.The national disease burden can be calculated by DALYs from some data including China national health services survey, disease retrospective survey. The methods of data collection and disease burden study are key point to the construction of national disease burden calculation system.
