摘要 肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(Tumour necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-ɑ)是一种具有广泛生物学效应的多功能细胞因子,它与结核的发生、病程、转归、复燃及治疗都有密切的关系。近年来TNF-ɑ在结核发病中的免疫机制日益受到重视,现对TNF-ɑ在控制结核感染中的枢纽作用,尤其是TNF-ɑ对结核肉芽肿形成的影响,并探讨TNF-ɑ拮抗剂应用于炎性疾病治疗时所存在的结核病风险做一综述。
